Bodypump | is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. |
Bootcamp | mixes cardio and resistance exercises to improve your balance, strength and flexibility |
Boxfit Circuits | is a circuit class which will specifically include training used for boxing |
Cardio Combat | is a cardio workout based on the training used for boxing, so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and ab exercises – all focusing on fitness and toning. |
Circuit Class | is a fantastic workout that’s great for everyone, regardless of fitness level. It incorporates a variety of exercises at separate stations and you take part in small groups, taking on each exercise at your own pace. |
Crossfit | is an effective workout for losing weight, building strength, agility and flexibility – improving your overall fitness. Our CrossFit classes focus on creating a community. |
Dance | is a fun way to achieve your fitness goals. Aaliya’s dance class will teach you different types of dance over a number of weeks culminating in a final choreographed dance work out before moving on to the next type of dance. |
HIIT | or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. |
Kettlebell HIIT | is a high-intensity-ballistic workout that can help meet your toughest fitness goals. It combines functional, compound exercises such as “the swing,” “the clean” and “the press” that will work multiple muscle groups. |
Spin | is a class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting |
Step Fitness | make cardio fitness fun by offering an aerobic workout that is boosted with choreography and group motivation. Step classes involve cardio conditioning on step benches and risers while performing choreographed routines to upbeat music. |
Stretch & Relax | is all about setting aside dedicated time to stretch your muscles. |
Strength & Power | is a class designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. |
